(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Why is there all these "Modding/Pirating" forums popping up?

There is multiple taking NGU's Theme (For vBulletin)
and taking the Forum layout...

I just don't understand.

I personally haven't seen any sites taking NGU's theme, besides, why would it matter? Let them have their fun.
