Me and my friends were just talking about life in general, like everything, and this was brought up... It's a sound recorded from the ocean in 1997, and it's hella messed up because many, to this day, don't know what it it... Some have ideas, and there is a general answer, but I, and a lot of other people, don't believe that.

It could be anything from an animal to movement in the tectonic plates. Sound carries for miles underwater.
