(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); what i hate about both these consoles is the the close minded fanboys who keep saying the one they don't want is shit aka the Xbox One when its designed as a HTPC that games. its not a bad item as it is as well equipped port wise as a new gaming pc, it is going to be powerful but the hating sony fanboys all don't realize that.

What i hate about the xbox is it needs internet every 24 hours which is ok but what if your internet goes down from a storm then your SOL and why is it ddr3 making all the computer ram so damn expensive it went up almost 50% within last 3 months

I do hate fanboys. I think the XBOX One is great if you are putting together a gaming room. Think about it, one device controls them all? Talk about appealing to the lazy. Lol. I chose the PS4 over the Xbox One because it seems to be more geared towards a gaming console and not a home entertainment device like the Xbox One.

Do a barrel roll!
is all about choice, what serve your needs, the exclusives that you like, it's a console war so competition and hatin on the enemy is normal, if you can get them both or choose what you like ,that is the important thing here

The Xbox One's specs are worse, costs more, has worst services, and has less exclusives.

I hate fanboys, I've only ever owned Playstations but I'm not a fanboy. The XboxOne is shit and never in my life would I consider buying one simply because... the DRM is disgusting, the camera spying on you and the inability to use used games as you want is disgusting, it's a console made with the intention of fucking over the end users and making maximum profits for the shills at microshit. The always online compromises the consoles most basic function and if you don't sign in once in 24 hours it's will cut you off. For all of those reasons the piece of shit that is the xbox one needs to be a complete failure.

The PS4 is better in terms of not spying on you and constantly trying to get money out of you but not by much the only thing that was Sony's saving grace was the they chose not to make the same mistakes microsoft did, I.E. Always only and bundling a playstation eye or move whatever it's called with the console that won't let you play it unless it's plugged in and not allowing used games without a licence. The only thing that really fucks me off is that they now expect people to pay to play online, no, that won't be happening. If I buy either of these consoles it will undoubtedly be the playstation 4 but that's not becuase I'm a fanboy it's because I want some freedom and privacy and if because of that I'm a still a fanboy, then you're a moron.

Also I believe in terms of pre-order sales the shitbox one aka xbone is ahead of the PS4 in England, I'd much rather it wasn't though and it's our obligation as consumers to boycott this piece of shit to show microsoft we won't stand for it. But the thing about england is I think the majoity of people not including myself ofcourse obviously enjoy being filmed by CCTV all the time so having a CCTV camera in your front room might be something that people want.

The companies shouldn't be trying to sell a home entertainment system as a gaming system. XD

There is a difference between fanboys and facts.
The facts are there, I own both the PS3 and Xbox, and I might purchase both the next gen consoles again, but not at the same time.
I will be getting the PS4 first simply because I am mainly a PS player and the specs appeal more to me than the Xbox.

The fact that there is fanboys is indeed, another fact, but that's because Microsoft hands them the facts, look at the specs, the prices, the actual console. These are all valid facts that fanboys will use to slag down Microsoft.

Today Will Be Different
Everyone hates fanboys. But I just don't like Microsoft, never have never will. They're an invasive company that is in the back pocket of the US government. Anyone who buys the console is going to deal with always on/always watching technology which I have absolutely no doubts about being relayed to the government. And whatever assumed privacy that you have within your house gets thrown out the window upon purchasing it.

Then you have the whole bullshit where you are REQUIRED to be online just to use the console. That is yet another and huge reason why I personally wouldn't buy it. Now you have DRM which is just another profit making tool used by Microsoft to get people to buy their games at the MRSP and to eliminate and third party market for making an even larger profit.

Personally if I do get a console I plan on getting the PS4 just because there is privacy and I can at any time sell or trade my games. And the whole bullshit about it being more of a gaming PC, please just get the fuck out. If you want a PC you can game on, just build a damn PC because for about the same price you can get something similar if not better and less invasive. When it comes down to it I prefer privacy, no DRM, and a company geared towards gamers.
