Toyota 2000GT
Mazda Cosmo (First Generation)
Ferrari Testarossa
Ferrari F40
Ferrari F60 (Enzo)
Any Prius

I think EVERY car should be tuned. It's up to the owners to do with their cars what they like. I'm more lenient to the performance mods, or function over form, but those two concepts can work in perfect harmony with much time and dedication.

Japanese cars can be tuned I guess. I wouldn't dare touch any expensive German or Italian car because you just know some one hand built some things in it. Putting a stupid spoiler or body kit on a Porsche is an actual sin :p
