Lol, I love how people bash this country and yet it's always the people who do not know the function of the government, the agencies, nor the way that the federal and state laws as well as the rights as a citizen work.

I keep hearing Freedom of Speech and shit passed around yet we have it to a limitation in which that cannot infringe upon others rights as well as federal laws that protect persons through sub-constitutional means.

As for Freedom, to get freedom you must restrict freedom; something people forget. When you give full freedom you no longer live free but in anarchy.

TAA can be retarded at times and he does not fully know the law. The law states against person or property, whether the intent is actual or not. His case of shooting up a school is no different than joking about a bomb threat; there have been many school shootings in the past that many do not make the news.

By joking and stating he was going to shoot up a school, he placed fear of a person who believed his words might hold truth. This would be a possible disruption to public property and upon persons which in turn is a felony violation. Even though he added JK to it, it doesn't make the offense any different. WHat I have a feeling is that they will downplay this to either a Class A or a Class B misdemeanor.

You do not have freedom of speech whether through verbal, writing, and any other forms of communication when it violates law and the rights of others. TAA is an idiot at times and the guy that goes on is fucking bullshit.

We are not the best country in the world but we are not the worst; we have current issues that need fixing and our issue is this idiocracy of political separation known as democrats and republicans. Immigration is a key point of concern at the moment, we have issues of many Mexicans entering our country; they are have a height difference, a difference in disease as well as tolerance to many drugs. There is an education difference as well as a religious and political ideology that they hold. They hold a different culture and refuse to assimilate. I live in California, I see the issues, and I see what is wrong. They are affecting our school scores.

I am not prejudice, some of my best friends are descendants from Mexico. The issue lies between legal integration of Mexicans into the US and illegal integration. Those who follow proper legalization don't fall in the above, for the most part, but those who come illegally do in the sense of abusing the system.

Awesome, what are you going into College for. There are many degrees though that mean nothing so be careful. If you are going into acting it would be an Advantage for you, if you are going for a degree towards acting, to dual major.

Just a friendly tip. Btw, if you choose to; go to a Junior College and then transfer to a 4 year as a Junior college can range from 3-5k a year where a 4 year can range from 8-12k a year.

Only reason why I didn't jump towards a 4 year, though I just have my General Education to finish up and I will have my AS degree in Criminal Justice. ^_^

Thanks for the advice, I really do need it! What I'm wanting is to get a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and perhaps a degree to do with theatre (Always dreaded theatre but it is important if I want to be an actor..) and I unfortunately don't have a backup plan, and I know acting is unreliable and unpredictable but I'll be dedicating my life to getting training and acting jobs. :p

Not sure how college works over there though, all I know is I wanna get a few years done, and do as good as I can

For a BA if you do it right and get a proper plan in with just one degree is 4 years, if you mess up anywhere it can be 5.

To do both, it can be 6-7 years. Most Actors hire an agent, when you start out you will find that you will be getting a normal job, doing school, and if possible small acting gigs. There tons of people trying to do what you want to do so make sure to clean yourself up, work out, and get into excellent shape. It can take a few years before you get your break.

You know the cast for Lost and Walking Dead, many of them were prior unknown actors just doing small scenes or low budget crap before they caught a break.

Just hang in there and if you do make it; I'll be happy and will be requesting a limo ride. ^_^

Btw, to inspire you; I live in the city next to Modesto in California (We are connected to them and I'm like a 5 minute drive from it) but 2 things have majorly come from Modesto. The actor who plays Hawk Eye and Star Wars.

Small things can grow big and the actor who played Hawk Eye used to go to the Junior College I attend and did what you plan on doing.
