I'm older so it is common for everyone I know to be knocked up these days.. As for teen pregnancy it happens; sad but true.

They either will either make it work or become societies problem.

My sister had a baby at 14 and now he's 13 and she has 4 kids in total so to me it's something I have always known and a lot of people I know are pregnant but I just let them get on with it

It kind of just depends on the person. I do believe 14 and 15 is way too young but after that it just depends on them. If they're responsible enough then it shouldn't be a problem (but then again they should've been responsible enough to use a form of birth control).

It goes both ways really. Kind of just depends on whether they'll be able to make it through the rest of their teenage years or not.

I'm currently 19 turning 20 in April and I don't even want to think of the thought of having a kid. I would rather finish College and get a stable job first before thinking about having a family. I would want what's best for my family..not just for me.

Whats disturbing is that it seems to be a "trend". Like its cool being pregnant or something. Congrats you going to have a kid, but seriously, you shouldn't be having a kid at any age under 18.

Depends how the pregnancy was consumed first. But bragging about being pregnant at 14? That isnt good. Her relationship could fall apart. Bringing up a kid is a huge commitment and they really dont know what they are in for. Its probably a popularity at thing to get all the attetion, then when they all disappear and your left alone with say a 4 month old baby, your stuck. They are kids, they dont understand much at 14, they are still growing i mean we got taught sex ed at 12.. so they know a little thinking its cool but it really isnt. Well thats my opinion Smile

Luckily I'm not friends with any pregnant teenagers, or teenagers who are insane and do idiotic things. I don't really concern myself with those things though. If they want to ruin their own lives, it's fine really. Frankly I get more annoyed at the fact that my tax dollars have to pay for their poor decisions.

Don't call someone a scum when you have no idea about them. Judging someone like that just because of a choice they made makes you the scum, really.
