A relationship isn't where love begins though, a relationship is a result of a budding love that has obviously existed for some time so saying "I love you" a week into a relationship isn't exactly a lie. It might be a lie if person B just happened to say he'd go out with person A because there attractive which is probably more the case nowadays. In my opinion though true love is platonic love, sex and everything else doesn't really matter. If you really love a person, when you think about them sex isn't ever the first thing on your mind. Love is different for everyone.
To someone, love could simply mean that the person they are with makes them really happy.
To others, love could mean they can't live without that person.

Love is just a word used to describe all the feelings one person has for another.
It can even be used for food, pets or even a game.

But, to be honest with you... Nobody knows what "love" actually is.
Everyone has different opinions about it and when it can/can't be said... but nobody actually knows what it means.
It's literally just a word.
