Well, I'm devoting a hell of a lot more time to this, and I have much better equipment to actually get this thing working.

Now, there will NEVER be an official NextGenUpdate Radio, unless we play uncopyrighted songs all the time, which may happen in the future, but right now, I'd rather it be like this.

Right, so, basically I'm gonna set this up with a few friends from college and we're gonna turn it into a talk-show, and music-show along with gaming news (straight from NextGenUpdate).

I'm not expecting anyone to agree or give appraisal for what I'm doing, as this is actually something I enjoy doing and want to spend more time doing, so this is why I'm doing it.

The forum & its members have helped me out a lot in the past 4 years or so, and I'd just like to give something back in return.

So, basically, it's an internet radio, where you can request songs to be played (so long as if they're not completely stupid like the nigga song, etc). I'm eventually going to implement a service where listeners can ring a number, and then they can have their say on the station.

Last time I tried to do this I got members of the forum to help out, and albeit, some members did help me out with this; most of them just gave up after a day or so. So, unless I know there are actually members willing to be completely dedicated to this, at this point in time, only I, and a few friends from college shall be running this.

It is available on mobiles too; just simply navigate to the URL mentioned at the bottom of this thread, and then hit the 'play' button. On iPhones, it'll open up like a youtube video and will run in the background like a normal music player.

I'm going to bookmark this thread and check back regularly to new posts; and if any of the suggestions or anything are interesting; I shall take them onboard and give thanks I'll also eventually get round to doing a timetable of when I will be airing, and what the topic/theme will be.

I did djing before for websites I loved it I think the staff should look into this

I've done DJing from time-to-time, and I enjoy it, releases emotions and shit haha. And staff have looked into it in the past, but they've said that due to the songs played, (being copyrighted) they cannot authorize it to have anything to do with NGU. If they were ALL uncopyrighted songs, they'd approve. But at the moment, I'm fine with it not being associated officially with NGU.

You may need to download an additional plugin i.e. flash player, vlc player, etc. It works on my tablet, but my tablet's running an android version from about a year or so ago. My iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s can run it with ease, and so can my other laptops.

Currently turning broadcasting off for tonight though, as I'm going to sleep, lol.
Spoken to a few guys from college, they said they're down to do a chat-show kind of thing every Friday at least, so I can get other people to do Wednesdays.

Well i got your back since i always on NGU or just browsing the net and when doing that i need music , i listen to you the other day for about 1 hour that shit was great , very nice selection of songs
