I found iPage.com really cheap and some of the websites says its #Ranked 1 however is it good for booting?

Any opinion is very appreciated (I am noob at websites so sorry) And Please advise me what website to buy.

PRQ is the best IMO, seeing as they don't not allow anything and they're based in Sweden whose piracy laws are easy to work around.
