Google has scouted for hackers and have assembled a team to spot critical bugs and exploits for any software - not just Google's. George Hotz, famous for hacking the PS3 and the iPhone, is one of the most popular members of the team to help companies protect their software.
Google has stated that the exploits found will be published to the public and that it will keep track of how long it takes companies to react to the bug report and issue a fix.
Google mentioned that they recruited Hotz as they could see hacking ability and potential, he was even able to hack the companies own Chrome operating system.
What do you think of this? Is posting the exploits public a bad idea? Will Google use any of this to their advantage? Leave a post below!
