Mine is probably modern warfare 2, yes.
Took around two years for IW to make the game, so what do you expect :p.
I actually can't recall any other games in 2009 I like.

MW2 all the way! Assassin's Creed 2 looks pretty good, but I haven't played it yet...

AC 2 is pretty good but I gotta go Dragon age orgins pretty sweet game and I can tell you what its going to be for 2010 its going to be bioshock 2 lol hands down. Played the hell out of the first one trying to take down a big daddy on the hardest diffculty.
