Deliberately misleading, look up the following 'neoliberalism' take a look at his views and see how close. Last 30 years have been neoliberalism policies which have failed now people are trying to push the blame on another group.
Instead of admitting failure over the past 30 years have been using a hammer on a egg. Blame is shifted to groups which have not caused this mess and often poorer.

Ebola is not something to fear yet but inaction is something to fear. No panic is needed just sense and nations doing their duty.
All ideas must be on the table not rejected by incompetent fools who wish to try the same old policy which has failed.
Only perspective you need is the following hundreds of volunteers are going to help provide medical help. Temporary solution so why don't we have a solution for good?
Incompetent market with global bodies and governments have helped created this problem. So why is the incompetent people trying failed polices again and again.
More resources should be sent to Africa, with permanent projects in place to avoid cracks like this being exploited. World also needs a permanent response system for threats like this which all governments must fund with full funding required.
Required by law all resources should be released.
