(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok so my friend made a video and he didn't hit stop he just shut down the pc so I think the MP4 won't run because it never compressed. The codec needs fixed or some shit. Any idea how to fix this? The video is really important.

Make the video file again from the raw data?

Like Madison Taylor said above, other than that you could recover the computer to the time the video was saved on the computer and compress it again. Also, did you use a program? Most times it will save but will have an error message. Then you right click and hit "Start Download".

If you didn't use a program and you are not able to make the video file and then try searching Google or YouTube for a possible fix.
Could even try answers.com and see if someone else has asked a similar question.
