Has anyone experienced anything with lucid dreaming? I read up on it and it was really interesting so I was wondering if anyone has tried it or know anything on it
Honestly, I haven't attempted lucidity in awhile. However, I still manage to put myself into sleep paralysis daily. Not that I would recommend it, but I find sleep paralysis more interesting than anything I've done including OBEs.
