Net neutrality is a very cery complicated issue of the internet that is very important for the future of the internet that i dont have time to explain and sadly 99% of people here dont care because they use the stupid i have nothing to hide Defense. To shorten it

1. Get rid of spying such as NSA
2. Strengthen security instead of weaken it which is what the goverments want
3. Less Goverment control of the internet
4. Stop prioritized internet traffic done by ISP with high bandwidth sites like youtube and netflix.

its very long and much need and frankly i could go on all day about this issue

Basically means ISP will start making your table routes pretty crap when it comes to connecting to webservers if the server owners do not pay them up.
