Fruity Loops.
Cubase.
Magix.
Abelton Live.
Avid Pro Tools.
Reason.
Sony Acid.
Reaper.
PreSonus Studio.

There you go here is plenty to look up on.

Fruity Loops is probably the better option for beginners.

As for EDM music it does not really matter what software you use as all software does do the same things. Granted some do it better than others.

But they all use loops, samples, plug ins etc so take your pick just make sure to choose the right one as they are not exactly cheap by any means of the word.

No problem I dabbled with fruity loops a few years ago so I would suggest it. It is rather easy to pick up and there's loads of great videos on YouTube to help you along your way.
