The problem here is that my school decided to introduce a two year course , meaning i stay at one level for two years and cannot move up a class. This really messed up my plans. I was going to do the Higher Maths in my final year of high school, but that no longer looks like an option as the head teacher changed it to a two year. Basically, can i still get my Maths Higher in college?

You'll get a certificate of completion after the first year, that's what Universities need (if they are looking for Maths Higher) - the second year would entitle you to a BTEC/A Level qualification this expanding your university options even further. Choice is yours - one or two years, you don't have to stay for two years even if you pick it!
