i jailbroke the first iphone and i didnt like it textin is shit and not much to do jsut get a normal phone , plus when i was out pissed with m8s i dropped it the screen is unter shite at falls

Again you definitely want the iPhone. Reasons:
-It looks cooler
-Fast
-You can hack it and get a ton of sick stuff for free
-You can go on a torrent site and get apps for free when you normally need to pay
-It's never failed me once.
I really suggest the iPhone, but your gonna want a protective case for it.
