Call of duty the most common kill times are within 100ms to 250ms
Battlefield is 150ms to 450ms
Halo is 300ms to 600ms

I seen some people say that killing people for some games way too long for certain games but I feel networking that playing havoc.
Most call of duty games are 25ms faster or 25ms slower

Anybody who played quake or unreal would be shocked at these numbers in that game took almost a one second to kill somebody.
100ms is 1/10 of a second.

Little curious given call of duty complaints are based around 25-50ms slower or faster...

Depends on how realistic the game wants to be, if they are going for a 2 bullet kill and to be all tactical then have it quick but if it's any old shooter with no real tactics (looking at you cod) a few bullets to kill like 4-5 im ok with that being a bit longer. Bu tif it's taking a few seconds to kill that's just too long.
