I had a mock A-Level exam today in maths and guess what I got? 6 OUT OF 72! I am officially ****ed..... Exam on the 10th of January

It got me thinking, why do we do algebra?!
THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT NEED TO BE ABLE TO FIND "X" ON A MAP ARE PIRATES! DO YOU SEE A PARROT ON MY SHOULDER? NO!

You need algebra for many jobs including accounts, stock brokers, teachers, scientists and basically anything that deals with money.

Im trying to do 4 hours of revision a day, but thats not just for maths, I also have business studies, physics and IT Programming coming up in the same week

What kind of algebra? algebra 1 and 2 are easy.
