I reset my box and log back in.. Downloading game settings. In the end i have just ended up breaking the hub with a hammer. Nobody every use them they are shit.

If you turn your PS3 off from the back and then turn your router off for 20 secs then back on, wait for all the lights then go to the PS3 and start it up, this is how i used to clear the downloading settings error i got, till i changed

Do a speed test and find out what your internet ping and speed is prehaps it's just where you live i live in a village and get shockingly slow upload and download speeds.
