Go to the sony website and look for Beta Reqrutment and then Aply when they are looking and you will get in on the betas

Ok ill answer your questions.

*Ok to apply for the beta at the moment you have to have a japanese account. Go to the PS Store and download the LittleBigPlanet Theme , once you have downloaded that it automatically signs you up for the Beta.

*If you get a code you go the account management and the you enter in the promotion code in the boxes.

*Your code will be sent to your Email that you sign up with.

*Yes its avaliable for PS3 , but they are only sending out 60,000 invites.
