Not everything can be solved by normal interaction. Some things like guesting and name changes are only possible through admin, who are quite busy.

Depends what it is, some issues cant be solved lol, or even if we tried to help them solve it they probably couldnt lol

People intend to help people who can try and help themselves or even make an attempt. That's how the world spins. A lot of people always looking for a silver spoon in there mouth and not even trying to do some kinda research, You be surprised what you can find on google and youtube alone.

To add to what others are saying, let me assure you not everyone has their dicks in their Playstation 3's/4's while they suck Sony off.

There's a strong fuck consoles, and more in particular, fuck Playstation 3/4 movement here where people are switching over to PC gaming or anything else really, in place of console gaming.

So questions getting unanswered in those sections could purely be people not being into that kiddie shit anymore.

Consoles, PS3, PS4 is not the end all be all of the gaming world. Modding them certainly is not. Expand your horizons. Can't be a child forever.



I agree with the others, people need to google and search for answers before asking. I agree NGU's search is not the best and borderline rudimentary, HOWEVER that said, there's nothing stopping someone from googling the following: How do I use sprx nextgenupdate

To which they'll find countless results directly from NGU explaining things to them.


I do not condone people saying 'w.e fukn non stfu lol'. That's fucking bullshit and not why NGU was founded or what (at least I hope not, it's hard to tell with this current staff team outside of Outsider) it stands for. Like I mentioned in the last sentence though, that's staffs fault for letting such behavior go on.


Someone coming into the shoutbox spamming the same question over and over is annoying as fuck, but people should take a few seconds now and then to help someone. They'd find it would happen a lot less.

Just my opinions on the matter though.

For example, there was one guy this morning spouting about "How do I mod GTA" in the shoutbox, I provided link to the GTA V Mod Questions, he then asks "Can anyone do recovery for me", I send him link to GTA V Requests section. He then repeats his questions over again Some people tend to think the shoutbox is the helpbox or advertisingbox.
