It's too hard to narrow it down to one, but my favorite rap song is Xxplosive, just because of the beat. The lyrics are pretty stupid but I love the beat, and the song was just to diss someone else anyway 
I like Tom Sawyer by Rush, One by Metallica, Black Dog by L.Z., and The Number of The Beast by Iron Maiden, theres a few other amazing songs but I'd end up coming up with a huge list.
