Step 1
Make sure you are the one flipping the coin

Step 2
Say the following "Heads I win, Tails you loose"

Step 3
After step 2, quickly flip the coin before the other person has a chance to realise what you said, if it lands on heads, you win, if it lands on tails, he/she looses AKA, you win.

100% chance of you winning. As long as you go from step 2 to step 3 quickly enough, the other person won't realise what you did.
