Im already 10th Prestige Lv 60

i just see all level 60 now and i cant prestige and in game it jsut lvl 60

thats not working for me

I downloaded the recovery tool wand what I had to do was put on a soldier go into a game press level 60 prestige 10 then back and chose a new soldier. I had to do that for all 10 and now im 10 prestige level 60
