Why you may ask??? Here are my 3 reasons
1. Be a whole lot easier . I mean instead of rtm or dex or all the jbing I could just be a save .
2. Noob friendly. For the noobs who try to do all the complicated stuff and fail EPICLY
3. Quicker to do . Instead of jail breaking then dexing then computer..... u get my point its long

It is meant to be complicated so people don't end up doing what was done when 3.55 was out. The DNS Servers for GTA were already too much. You want a mod menu? Buy a CFW PS3 and mod. Simple as that.
