Downgrade your ps3 to rebug and follow the CEX2DEX tutorial in the ps3 forums.

Go to DEX it´s not that hard and the things that u have to do are perfect explained on the CEX2DEX threat.

Just use ita it's better and also if your NAT type is moderate or your bandwidth is small that might be causing issues. Look into that.
