Is it a "Console Device" ban off of the game or is it just an account ban. If it's an account ban it is not possible to unban it. But if you "Console Device" banned meaning that they've either banned your console ID or mac address off of the game. You can't unban your console ID off of the game so you'd have to get a new console ID.
