If you've tried changing your mac address, your PSID and your IDPS and it still says that your console device is banned off of Call of Duty: Ghosts then your console ID is banned. You will have to find a console ID that hasn't been banned off of Ghosts. Remember, console ID selling/trading/buying is prohibited on NGU.
