You would probably need to go down the route of RTM some people make mod menus for use with RTM but you would need to search for them.

RTM makes modding so much easier instead of having multiple patch files and what not just switch tools so much less trouble.

I personally use RTM and do not need any form of a mod menu because I use the laptop and all the options are inside the menu itself so it's easier.
