Edit: Could someone also explain do I copy over the EBOOT + the default_mp.elf into the USBDIR of the 1.12 update or just the EBOOT? I'm confused.

1. A Debug EBOOT is for all regioms.
2. Look a little harder you'll find it. If not, google is your best friend
