If your "ACCOUNT" is perm banned, then you usually cant.

You can fight it with Sony, but if u been playing up with it, then you wont win

Nope once an account is banned there is no way round it. Although if your perma banned now you have an id you can use to spoof a new account allowing it to be protected a little better

You cannot fight Sony with this it just doesn't work trust me I have tried.
