You can't unban your console or your account from Call of Duty: Ghosts. If you're account is banned off of Ghosts then simply make a new one. But if it says your console ID is banned off of Call of Duty: Ghosts then it could mean your console ID and mac address are banned from the game. You will have to change your console ID and if it still says your console device is banned from the game then you will have to change your PS3's mac address. Remember, selling/buying/trading console ID's on NGU is against the rules.
