My question is can I return to the account I signed in on ghost and got banned from and play ghost with the unbanned console ID on that account? Or will it also ghost ban that console ID as well? (If this question is not clear please tell me and I'll to clear it up.)

no you can't unban the account once it is banned it is perm unless it is a temp ban.
