what do I need to do to un ban, ?

yes I know to change the console id, but will patchsid do it?

or do I have to do it though ITAmanager?

no psid or mac
just change cid

First, try changing your mac address to see if it's just the mac address that got banned. Then, if that doesn't work used psnpatch or Ita manager to spoof your console id.
