Clicking Continue or Quit doesn't matter, it doesn't do anything except close the Red-EyeX32 - Ghosts Save Editor v1.0.0.0 . Not sure what is up with that.

Or is it not working because the Ghosts game is not a disc, it was downloaded after being purchased from the PSN Store? Seems it could be the reason since when modding Black Ops 1 Zombies - I had to buy the game disc just for the mods to work.
