ok first start multiman and go to ghosts and press square and enable External/Internal depends to where you want to play and then enable BD Mirror

its because after u choose ghost in multiman u go to OFW, right?

yeah i have the same problem.
starting up without the CFW spoof (from ccapi or psnpatch) the game runs fine.
but when you want online play and decide to spoof the CFW the game freezes, and the ps3 needs a reboot manually..
