The Reason You Have To Install It Is Because I Used Dev-express To Make The Program And In Order For You To Run The Program On Your Computer You Have To Install It And It Installs Everything The Program Needs To Run.

does this tool allow the user to edit their stats on ghosts to - deaths and - wins? or be able to set 2147483648 stats for each stat?

For insane stats it sets it to that big number but for legit it just makes them look legit

Hey man nice tool, But it doesn't work for me? I open it, but it doesn't launch? all the dLL files are in there.. i just don't know.. any help?
