You cannot prevent the freeze.

Usually it will freeze twice, then let you play for like 1 hour.

If you're using Anti-Ban then you can't prevent it.

Mine freezes like twice, then I can play until I go off.

Mine freezes once then i play till i get off, ive heard it happens when you have anti ban and activision tries to ban you, it freezes your ps3, try a different tool, and are you running ghosts off a back up or the cd?

CEX or DEX and what tools? Also when you freeze do you just let your ps3 unfreeze or do you have to restart? I can only get about 13-20 games in before I get a freeze.
