(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I looked at the Ghosts forums today and apparently ALOT of people are having issues with blackscreens. I had this issue aswell when I first installed Ghosts. Even after the game would load, the multiplayer menu would blackscreen for me :L
These are the steps I took to fix my problem:
btw, I am on Rebug 4.46 on CEX, still yet to try DEX.

Ok firstly, go to multi-man and set the permissions for Ghosts: You must login or register to view this content.

Then go into the game settings and set it to "BD Mirror" and external or internal, depending on where it's installed. You must login or register to view this content.

Instead of loading the game from APP_HOME/GAMES, insert a game disc, load Ghosts and it should appear like so: You must login or register to view this content.

Now, if it still isn't working, this is how I fixed my next problem where multiplayer wasn't loading...
One or a few of the image files didn't transfer correctly, in my case it was no 55, but for most people they don't get an error. So located in the ghosts folder > PS3_GAME > USRDIR there are 60 image files. You must login or register to view this content.
--- I fixed my problem by re transferring all of them AGAIN, and this method has helped a few people on my skype aswell.

Even after this when I loaded multiplayer, I was still getting errors with some of the ff files, so after re-transferring them and over-writing them again, it fixed the problem.

No, because it's deadset simple. Just retransfer the 60 image files, or the one that's giving you an issue.
