No crédit for the source ? @_@ and dll for CCAPI ? source code by Mr Azoz

I did not use Mr Azoz's source.
Half my RTM Tool is still not coded If I was using his source I would be done by now.
I have not added credits for CCAPI dll because my tool is not compatiple with CCAPI yet.
Another thing to mention is that Mr Azoz's source uses CCAPI Dll so I would have to change everything to TMAPI if I was to use his source.

If you are on CCAPI you will have to type ip address. If you are on dex/tmapi you dont need to type ip.
