then my tool say couldnt attach after I get the black screen and it saying that out of memory 12 so pls guys if you can help me that would be great thx o and I am on PS3ITA 4.50 dex thx guys this never happend before!!!

Just Re-Install Your Eboot In Your File Manager And It Should Work.. It Worked For Me.
