So right now I am internet sharing from my phone to my pc and ps3 and that's working okey not perfect but still okey.

So when I try to connect my CEX Ps3 to my pc both connected on my phone it gives me a error I have tried like 4 different tools and its still the same.

On my regular internet which is down now It always worked but now it dont why?

Please help me as I really want to start modding again...
