Has never happened to me and i have played on that map hundreds of times

I have never had that issue before. Possibly could be an issue with the call of duty servers and might be fixed in the next patch. No real fix except avoid that map and vote for another

Hasn't happened to me at all. Strange thing is I ONLY play Strikezone, because I gather a full party and back in/back out until Strikezone pops up, vote for it and play it. If we don't get it, we keep going through lobbies until we get it. Takes about 1-2 minutes to get it, not to bad. But I do remember yesterday I had a friend who kept going offline for some reason multiple times and he claimed his PS3 froze, maybe it isn't just you.

Yeah all my party freezes when it happens and it happened about 20 mins ago
