Only thing i can think of is try using this tool You must login or register to view this content. Go to the stats tab and there's a fix private match button. I don't know if it works but its worth a shot.

Maybe try re installing the game, possibly that may fix the issue? I haven't tried this as I use a disk, so I do not know wether this will work but it's worth a shot
