Did they already released a 4.4 Version? If NOT you'll have to wait for the update.

If your phone isn't updating via Wifi or 3G, try and update it while tethered to your computer. If the problem persists, drop by an AT&T store and get your phone checked out.

I read an article that said the update for at&t users with your phone would begin rolling out soon so just sit and wait for a few days i guess.

Probably you need to be connected to WiFi to update :y:
