How do i make a Backup of my Phone be4 i root it... so before i flash anything.

I know i could google it but some of you have experience with rooting ...

I just rooted my Galaxy S4 and i fixed a hardbrick on it...

But now it has too many spyware and the wrong firmware so i never use it... its too slow and TOO HOT.
