I'm stuck on the Federal Investigation Bureau mission. I've googled it and everyone's saying behind the observatory, but I'm not on about that mission. I'm talking about the one where you meet the other two characters at El Burro Heights after buying the boiler suits, masks, etc.

There's a H on the map in the area and when I go there the H just disappears and nothing happens. I'm playing as Michael and Franklin and Trevor aren't there. I watched a video and they should be there. If I call them they just say we should be doing 'that other thing'.

I'm super confused if anyone could tell me what I need to do I'll really appreciate it

not trying to mess you up, but have you tried deleting your save and starting over. It might help just a little bit.
