(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So i was playing with my friends and some randoms joined our lobby and started blowing up our cars and just being generally obnoxious so after half an hour of this we decided to retaliate and give them a taste of their own medicine. So after awhile of doing so I spawned in with a "Dunce Cap" on my head, after several attempts to remove it i gave up and took to Google for help.

Seems (Me being oblivious to everything) Rockstar has implemented a punishment for killing, robbing, and destroying other players cars, boats, places etc. Which seems to be a 2 day ban from online lobbies of any kind with people who aren't labeled as a "Bad Sport" (Mind you this isn't 2 days in game which would only be 48 minutes real time this is 48 hours real time.) Meaning you cant play with any of your friends online unless they're also labeled as a bad sport.

Now i don't mean to rant and go on but IMO (Meaning i don't want to start a debate), In a game that has built its reputation on breaking the law, murdering, stealing, harassing, and being generally destructive, that implementing such a punishment for doing exactly what the games about is really just ridiculous. Now im not saying they shouldn't have a system like this but 48 hours of real life time is just way to harsh, if it were 48 hours of in-game time i would have no problem because that's honestly understandable.

So next time you try to defend yourself on GTA Online take a second to think if you're willing to wait 48 hours to play with anyone who isn't just there to destroy and make other peoples experience on the game utter hell (There is the chance you'll meet a few people who, like me got the status by means other than being a complete asshat.)
